DB-Staff is IT service provider that works according to ITIL v3 so we need a tool for this purpose. We have used a lot of IT service management tools such as  HP HelpDesk and HP Service Center. But these tools are not compliant with third version of IT Infastructure library and have some additional difficulties when apply to DBA services thus we need a special ITIL v3 compliant tool specialized for database administration services.

The code name for this ITSM system project is ITILiance. This project will be designed by DB-Staff and its backend will be developed by DB-Staff database developers, the frontend will most probably be developed by our new partner Sevima.

We will use and test this IT Service management tool as inhouse tool and as soon as it is tested we will start selling it.
